  • PHONE NUMBER QUERIES

    • Is there a minimum term contract when purchasing a phone number?

      Yes – all phone numbers are subject to a 12 month contract.

    • Phone number not working?

      Please check that your landline or mobile is working first. You can do this by simply calling the original landline number that your 24 Seven number diverts to.

      If you have checked this and there is still a problem please contact us.

    • Are there any surcharges I need to know about?

      24 Seven do not charge you extra for calls to your 0800 number originating from a mobile. Many providers add a surcharge of upto 7p per minute. Be sure you know of any hidden charges before connecting with anyone else.

    • How much will I be charged if I use more than my inclusive minutes?

      When purchasing a phone number with 24 Seven you can choose your own minutes ‘Call Package’. You can check your allowances in real time on 24 Seven Live portal so you never need go over.

      For 0800 Numbers – minutes used over the inclusive minutes will be charged at 7ppm.

      For ALL other numbers – minutes used over the inclusive minutes will be charged at 5ppm.

      Please note that our Zero Package on ALL numbers does not include ANY minutes and all minutes will be charged at 10ppm.

    • Is there a set up fee?

      There is no set up fee when purchasing a phone number with 24 Seven.
