    Supporting the Emergency Services with RSG

    RSG is a trusted supplier of automotive products and telematics to the Emergency Services, and as such, ensuring a reliable mobile network connection is vital for a number of their products. When it came to supplying a telemetry solution to a major UK police forces’ fleet, RSG needed to source a reliable and effective M2M solution to maintain the best possible network coverage, and began using 24 Seven’s national roaming SIM, Jump®. 24 Seven tailored a solution, creating a bespoke pricing model based on the requirements of RSG’s products, by listening to their needs and working closely with the team. By working in a collaborative and consultative way, RSG were able to develop a solution that was right for their customers, assisting them in successfully bidding for contracts. This included developing a bespoke portal, allowing RSG customers to access the information they needed, in an efficient and effective manner.

This helped to remedy RSG’s problem of not being able to see who their SIMs belonged to, how much they should be invoiced, and when they were connected. Not only did this work allow RSG to access this information, but also to run reports across a variety of different variables, providing greater insights. Where the portal didn’t already meet RSG’s requirements, 24 Seven tailored the functionality and designed a bespoke report, enabling them to access the information they needed. This was the first time that RSG had been able to source a tool which allowed them to effectively manage their SIMs, while also being given access to vital information regarding their customers.
