Posted: Feb 05, 2019 - 10:59On Tuesday 10th October from 18:00 hours -23:00 hours we are upgrading our IVR infrastructure in our Manchester POP. There may be some disruption to the handling of IVR calls during this period. New call setups should failover to our other sites. In-progress calls will be left to clear down normally before any work is commenced. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
