Engineers have confirmed traffic has been moved over to the resilient link and remained stable. Engineers are still awaiting feedback from the vendor to resolve the core issue.

traffic has been migrated over to an alternative link which appears to have stabilised the traffic flow. a ticket has been opened with our vendor engineers continue to monitor the situation.
