Posted: Feb 05, 2019 - 10:34BT have identified a fault in their network where we connect for roaming services. This will impact any JUMP Customers roaming via this part of the BT Network. As we have multiple points of connection for roaming services, not all roamers or countries will be impacted by this issue. Network engineers are in contact with BT to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
Posted: Feb 05, 2019 - 10:33Roaming. The data element of the Jump MVNO service when roaming is currently experiencing issues which will affect customers attaching to a network whilst on roaming profile. UK profile is not affected.
