We have had confirmation from O2 that all services have been restored.
Posted: Feb 05, 2019 - 10:22O2 have identified that they have got a problem with their interconnect which is preventing all outgoing calls for their own O2 subscribers and all MVNO subscribers. They are working to resolve the problem as soon as possible. Further updates will follow.
Posted: Feb 05, 2019 - 10:23Subscribers are unable to make outgoing calls using the O2 profile, the calls are not leaving the O2 network. Engineers are in contact with O2 to investigate the issues. Incoming calls and SMS are working ok.
