Due to unforeseen issues we have rolled back the upgrade. All systems are now working normally.

Some IVR Services (including email2fax, fax2email, and voicemails) may be affected (Delivery of messages will be delayed) for approximately 2 hours whilst the upgrades are installed. Calls in progress will not be affected. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
