Due to unforeseen issues we have rolled back the upgrade. All systems are now working normally.

This evening (18th Feb 2014) at 18:00 hours GMT 24 Seven are applying a software upgrade to our IVR infrastucture. Some IVR Services (including email2fax, fax2email, and voicemails) may be affected (Delivery of messages will be delayed) for approximately 2 hours whilst the upgrades are installed. Calls in progress will not be affected. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
