Based on RSG's requirements and working closely with their team, 24 Seven created a bespoke solution. This enabled RSG to develop a product that was right for their customers and assisted them in successfully bidding for contracts.
RSG's key motivation for engaging 24 Seven was the fact that, unlike many other suppliers, 24 Seven could provide portal access. This helped to remedy RSG's problem of not being able to see who their SIMs belonged to, when they were connected and how much they should be invoiced. Not only did this allow RSG to access this information, but it also allowed them to run reports across a variety of different variables, providing greater insights. This was the first time that RSG had been able to source a tool which allowed them to effectively manage their SIMs, whilst also being given access to vital information regarding their customers.
