3. Consumer Information

   In the event you order Goods from the Website then you need to be aware of the following information:

   1. All Goods are supplied by 24 Seven Communication Ltd and contracts for the supply of goods or services formed through this website or as a result of visits made by you are governed by our terms and conditions of supply [View Document].
   2. Descriptions, prices and delivery costs of the Goods are available on the Website and viewing such information does not place any obligation whatsoever on you to place an order with 24 Seven Communication Ltd. Please see FAQ's for information on ordering, delivery and payment;
   3. Payment for the Goods can be made via the Website when the order is placed using one of the following methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Switch, Solo, Maestro, JCB or by monthly invoice;
   4. Whilst 24 Seven Communication Ltd endeavours to have Goods dispatched within 14 days of order placement in the event 24 Seven Communication Ltd does not have your Goods in stock at the time of such order, delivery may be extended by up to 4 weeks. Where delivery is likely to be in excess of 4 weeks 24 Seven Communication Ltd will notify you of the likely period of delay;
   5. Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the legal right to cancel any orders for any reason by issuing 24 Seven Communication Ltd with a notice of cancellation in writing within 7 working days of receipt of the Goods quoting your order number. This does not apply to any computer software that you have unsealed, items personalised or made to your specification. You must take reasonable care of the Goods whilst they are in your possession and must not use them prior to returning them to 24 Seven Communication Ltd. Any Goods returned must be in the original packaging in the condition in which you received them;
   6. In the event you cancel an order in accordance with clause 3.5 above then 24 Seven Communication Ltd shall reimburse you for the price paid for the Goods as soon as reasonably practicable and in any event no later than 30 days from 24 Seven Communication Ltd's receipt of your notice of cancellation;
   7. In the event that you choose to cancel an order in accordance with clause 3.5 above, you must return the Goods to 24 Seven Communication Ltd as soon as possible after issuing the notice of cancellation to 24 Seven Communication Ltd. The cost of returning the Goods shall be borne by you. In the event that you do not return the Goods or return the Goods at the cost of 24 Seven Communication Ltd, 24 Seven Communication Ltd may recover the direct costs of recovering the Goods from you;
   8. You may cancel the contract in the event that 24 Seven Communication Ltd is in breach of any of its express or implied obligations under the contract including the provision of faulty Goods;
   9. Unless otherwise specified, the materials on this website are directed solely at those who access this Website from the United Kingdom. 24 Seven Communication Ltd makes no representation that any products or services referred to in the materials on this website are appropriate for use, or available, in other locations. Those who choose to access this site from other locations are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws are applicable; and

In the event that the Goods you order are not available, 24 Seven Communication Ltd shall not substitute goods but shall notify you that your order shall not be processed and offer you the option of either ordering alternative goods or cancelling the Contract. In the event that 24 Seven Communication Ltd is unable to contact you then the Contract shall be deemed cancelled within 7 days following 24 Seven Communication Ltd's notification to you. On cancellation of the Contract in accordance with this clause 3.10 any money already paid to 24 Seven Communication Ltd shall be refunded.

   1. You are permitted to print and download extracts from this Website for your own use on the following basis:
